My healthcare experience has strengthened my ability to navigate complex processes, investigate issues, coordinate solutions, and communicate clearly across different stakeholders. My background in UX Design and Sociology adds another dimension—helping me recognize user needs, workflow challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
I’m especially interested in work that connects people, processes, and technology to create systems that are clearer, more efficient, and easier to use.

Master of Professional Studies Capstone Project
HIVE is a smart appliance-shopping experience designed to help consumers navigate complex product choices with greater confidence. Through user research, workflow design, prototyping, and usability testing, I developed a mobile and in-store kiosk experience focused on simplifying product discovery, comparison, and purchase decisions.

Master's Dissertation
My dissertation examines how children’s vulnerability in gold mining areas of Senegal’s Kedougou Region contributes to high school dropout rates, especially among girls. It emphasizes the link between social behavior and rising dropout numbers. I utilized qualitative and quantitative research methods for a comprehensive analysis. Dissertation Link
