I design with people in mind—because I’ve spent years working directly with them.

With a Master’s in UX Design and a background in Sociology, my work is rooted in understanding how people think, feel, and interact with systems. Before transitioning into UX, I built over 7 years of experience in retail, brand management, and customer service, where I learned firsthand how frustrating—or powerful—an experience can be.

Today, I bring that perspective into design. Whether I’m creating user flows, building Shopify experiences, or helping users navigate complex healthcare systems, my goal is always the same: make things clearer, simpler, and more human.

Master's Dissertation

My dissertation examines how children’s vulnerability in gold mining areas of Senegal’s Kedougou Region contributes to high school dropout rates, especially among girls. It emphasizes the link between social behavior and rising dropout numbers. I utilized qualitative and quantitative research methods for a comprehensive analysis. Dissertation Link
